## How We Work (Step by Step)
1. **Material & Pattern Receipt**: You provide your tech pack, reference images, patterns (or brief our pattern makers), and fabrics/specialty trims. If needed, we develop base patterns from scratch.
2. **Sample Prototyping**: The initial sample is constructed within 1 business day; fit, balance, drape, and stitch details are inspected.
3. **Revisions & Approval**: Adjustments are made until the sample is fully approved (in-person fittings in Istanbul or 360° digital video fittings for international clients). Production is never initiated without approval.
4. **Production**: Precision cutting, master sewing, steam pressing, and piece-by-piece quality control according to your required quantity.
5. **Handover & Shipping (EXW / FCA Istanbul)**: Orders collected directly from our atelier by your nominated courier (EXW) or delivered to your nominated cargo branch/carrier in Istanbul (FCA Istanbul).

## Commercial Terms & Atelier Standards
- **Sample Payment**: 100% upfront payment before development begins.
- **Production Payment**: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 50% balance prior to dispatch.
- **Refund Policy**: Payments are non-refundable, as each piece is made specifically for your order.
- **Shipping & Delivery**: EXW / FCA Istanbul terms. All subsequent freight, insurance, and import duties/taxes are the client’s responsibility. Direct door-to-door delivery (DAP) is not offered.
- **Bank Charges**: International bank transfers must be sent with the OUR fee instruction.
- **Pattern Ownership**: Developed patterns belong 100% to you and can be handed over physically or digitally (DXF/Gerber).
- **Design Confidentiality**: Client garments, patterns, or full photos are never shared or published. Independent facility with 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
- **MOQ & Pricing**: Minimum order quantity is 1 piece; sample runs are calculated separately from bulk production (1 piece = sample price; unit cost decreases as volume increases in bulk).
