Your boutique manufacturing partner in luxury womenswear: from technical sketch to 1-piece sampling, transparent CMT pricing, atelier handover, and carrier dispatch in Istanbul.
Material & Pattern Receipt
You send us your tech pack, including the BOM (bill of materials) and POM (points of measure). If you don't have a tech pack, an image of the garment you want made and the details you would like are enough. You supply the fabric and trims.
If you are unable to source fabric yourself (for example because you are abroad or don't know enough about fabrics), we can help; however, since fabric is as important as the design itself, we always prefer our clients to choose it.
Important note: AI-generated images and tech packs can contain unrealistic measurements and proportions. To keep your expectations realistic, we recommend using photos of real garments or hand-drawn technical sketches.
Sample Prototyping
We make the first sample and meticulously review pattern balance, silhouette and construction details.
Once approved patterns, fabrics and trims arrive at our atelier, we sew the first sample within 1 business day, meticulously checking pattern balance, silhouette and stitch quality.
Revisions & Approval
We make adjustments if needed until the sample is fully approved.
We hold in-person fittings at our atelier with clients in Istanbul. For clients abroad, we first send detailed photos of the sample; once the photos are approved, we ship the sample to you so you can check the fit on the body.
Tip: Shipping the first sample is valuable for building trust, seeing our quality first-hand and identifying any revisions needed. For your subsequent styles and revisions, however, we recommend visiting our atelier in Istanbul, as it saves you time and cost.
Bulk Production
Once the sample is signed off, we proceed with production according to your required quantity.
Before bulk production begins, we prepare a document listing all cost items and the total production time. This way, we complete your production transparently, honestly and to plan.
Delivery & Shipping
You or your courier can collect your order from our atelier (EXW), or we can hand it over to the courier or freight company you nominate in Istanbul (FCA Istanbul).
Once the goods are handed over, freight, insurance and customs costs are borne by the buyer; we do not offer door-to-door delivery (DAP).

What types of garments do you manufacture?
We focus on womenswear.
Outerwear: Coats, trench coats, jackets, kimonos and waistcoats.
Tops: Shirts, blouses, tunics and T-shirts.
Bottoms: Trousers, skirts, shorts and Bermuda shorts.
Dresses & jumpsuits: Day dresses and shirt dresses; evening, cocktail, prom and corset dresses; jumpsuits.
Suits: Trouser suits and skirt suits.
Costumes: Costume making for television productions.
What should I send to get a quote?
We recommend sending a tech pack so we can prepare an accurate quote; a tech pack that includes the BOM (bill of materials) and POM (points of measure) gives us the clearest picture. If you don't have a tech pack, photos of the garment you want and a written description of its details are enough. Note: AI-generated tech packs and sketches may have unrealistic measurements and proportions; whenever possible, please send photos of real garments or hand-drawn technical flats.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. Single-piece orders are charged at the sample rate.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes, we accept single-piece orders; they are charged at the sample rate.
Can I order just a sample, without bulk production?
Yes. Some of our clients have us make only the reference sample of their product; ordering a sample does not commit you to bulk production.
How long does it take to make a sample?
Once the approved pattern, fabric and trims arrive at our atelier, the first sample is sewn and ready within 1 business day.
I live abroad — how can I review the sample?
We hold in-person fittings at our atelier with clients in Istanbul. For clients abroad, we first send detailed photos of the sample; once the photos are approved, we ship the sample to you so you can check the fit on the body.
How many sample revisions are included?
Once the sample is made, 2 revisions are included free of charge.
Do you offer size grading?
Yes, we do. When you contact us, just tell us the style and how many sizes you need.
Do you work to custom measurements?
Yes, we offer made-to-measure; your pattern is drafted to the measurements you provide.
Do I own the patterns, and can I take my pattern back?
Yes. Every pattern you pay for belongs to you, and you can collect it at any time. Because our master pattern maker, with 40 years of experience, drafts your patterns by hand, we deliver them as physical paper patterns.
How do you take payment?
Our payment terms are as follows:
Samples: The full sample fee is paid upfront before work begins.
Bulk production: A 50% deposit is due on order confirmation, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment.
Bank charges: For international transfers, please select the OUR charge option so the full amount arrives.
How do shipping and delivery work?
We deliver orders in two ways:
Atelier collection (EXW): You or your courier collect the order from our atelier in Kağıthane.
Handover to carrier (FCA Istanbul): We drop off your order at the branch of the courier or freight company you nominate in Istanbul.
Can I see your portfolio?
Under our confidentiality policy, we do not share our clients' designs, patterns, samples or photos with third parties, nor publish them anywhere. We may only show close-up (macro) details of our stitching and craftsmanship that reveal neither the silhouette nor the brand.
Can I trust you?
With more than 30 years of tailoring and boutique production experience, we serve independent designers in Osmanbey, Nişantaşı and the world's fashion capitals. As a matter of principle, we never show or share any client's garments with anyone. Our atelier, located away from textile production districts, and our 24/7 CCTV cameras keep your designs confidential.
